When you make a purchase from our website, an account will automatically be created using your email address. In addition to your order confirmation and download instruction emails, when you place your first order from our site you will also receive your account setup email.
Can't log in to your user account? Try requesting a password reset -- be sure to check your spam filter, in case it gets picked out by your system.
If you don't receive the password reset email, get in touch with us by clicking Submit Ticket or using the Support Widget, and we'll reset it for you so you can log in and change it.
If you need to update the email address for your account, or merge multiple accounts to access all your products in one place, send our Support Team a message using the ticket form and we'll take care of it.
