We do not offer phone support or live chat, so we can accurately track all support correspondence and share screenshots, files, and collaborate with our team as needed. We don't use any chat bots or automatic replies, so if you have a question that isn't answered here in our Help Center, reach out to us and a real person will be happy to assist you!
Our support team will typically respond to requests within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
